It is important for everyone to understand their injury and take note of their unique treatment plan. Unfortunately far too many times people’s injuries begin to settle and feel better, however they injure again within the first few weeks of returning to activity. It’s important to remember that after a period of activity, we will need a graded return back. This applies to everyone from those who enjoy going on a Sunday walk right up to people who enjoy competing in ultra-marathons.
